Unbeatable Meat Loaf Recipe

Just plain healthy recipe...

Ground turkey is the star of this unbeatable meat loaf with onions, breadcrumbs, herbs and veggies. Using just the whites of two eggs takes out a heap of cholesterol.

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 pound ground turkey breast
1/2 pound ground turkey
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup breadcrumbs
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 large egg whites
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions

Unbeatable meatloaf plate

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Let stand ten minute before serving. Slice and serve.
