Turkey Salad Melts Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
Turkey Salad Melts include turkey with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle relish and Cheddar cheese on sourdough bread.
1-1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
1 tablespoon fat-free or light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
1 cup light or fat-free mild Cheddar shredded cheese
Combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish in medum bowl.
Spread turkey mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil lined baking sheet; top with cheese.
Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
This recipe is a good source of calcium.
