Turkey Salad Melts
Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 tablespoon fat-free or light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
1 cup (4 oz.) light or fat-free mild Cheddar shredded cheese

Directions:
Combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish in medum bowl.

Spread turkey mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil lined baking sheet; top with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Recipe makes four servings Turkey Salad Melts.
