1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup Grape Nuts (or your favorite cereal)
1/4 to 1/3 cup raisins or other dried fruit
1/3 to 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder
Chopped nuts, brown sugar, diced fresh apple, banana and/or other fruit
Combine oats, cereal, raisins and milk powder in a bowl with a tight-fitting lid.
When ready to eat, add water (or milk), reattach lid and shake. Just before eating, add one or more of the optional ingredients, if desired.
Recipe makes one serving Cereal-to-Go.
