Grilled Steak and Parmesan Salad Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
Grilled Steak and Parmesan Salad made with lean beef sirloin steak. A Parmesan salad topped with Italian dressing on the side.
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, one-half inch thick
1 cup prepared Italian Salad dressing, divided
1 10-oz. bag mixed salad greens (about 10 cups)
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
1 chopped zucchini
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place steak and one-half cup of the dressing in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill or broil steak five to ten minutes on each side or until cooked through. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
Toss greens with tomatoes, zucchini, and remaining one-half cup Italian dressing. Place on serving platter. Top with steak slices; sprinkle with cheese.
