Easy Sloppy Joes
Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 onion, medium, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups pasta sauce (without meat)
2 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet
1 tablespoon chili powder
6 whole-wheat burger buns, split and toasted

Directions:
In a large skillet, thoroughly brown beef; drain fat.

Add onion and green pepper; saute lightly.

Add sauce, relish, and chili powder. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve on buns.

Yield: 6 servings Easy Sloppy Joes.
