No-Cook Fresh Tomato Sauce with Pasta
1 pound of your favorite pasta
8 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons chopped red onions
1/2 cup light Italian reduced fat dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Meanwhile, combine the chopped plum tomatoes, basil leaves, red onion, Italian dressing and grated Parmesan or Romano cheese in a large bowl.
Add drained pasta; toss to coat.
