Baked Boca Penne Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
1 26-oz. jar pasta sauce
1 16-oz. package low fat cottage cheese
2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
2 cups mushroom slices
2 1-cup pouches Boca meatless ground burger
3 cups whole grain penne pasta, cooked, drained
1 cup 2-percent shredded reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
Mix pasta sauce, cottage cheese, green peppers and mushrooms in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Add ground burger and pasta; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
