Baked Boca Penne
Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 jar (26 ounce) pasta sauce
1 package (16 ounce) low fat cottage cheese
2 medium green peppers, chopped
2 cups mushroom slices
2 pouches (1 cup each) BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
3 cups (12 ounce) penne pasta, cooked, drained
1 cup 2-percent shredded reduced fat Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Mix pasta sauce, cottage cheese, green peppers and mushrooms in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

Add ground burger and pasta; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
