Black Bean Burritos Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
Simply put together these healthy ingredients to create tasty and filling black bean burritos. Black beans are packed with nutrients.
8 6-inch flour tortillas
1 12-oz. jar fat free spicy black bean dip
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 10-oz. package pre-washed shredded lettuce
1 10-oz jar your favorite salsa
Preheat the oven to 400-degrees.
Wrap the tortillas in a paper towel, and microwave on high for 30 seconds to soften.
Place 2 tablespoons of the bean dip, 2 tablespoons of the cheese and a sprinkling of the lettuce in a line down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place on a foil-lined tray. Place 1 tablespoon of the salsa over each burrito.
Bake for ten minutes. Serve with extra salsa on the side.
