Super Nachos Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
12 large baked low fat tortilla chips
1 /2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1 /4 cup fat free refried beans
2 tablespoons salsa

Directions:
Arrange chips on large microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle cheese evenly over chips.
Spoon beans over chips; top salsa.
Microwave at medium 1-1/2 minutes; rotate dish.
Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Recipe makes two servings Super Nachos.
