Guilt-Free Hot Fudge Sundae Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon non-sweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie syrup (flavor of choice)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions:
In a small saucepan, stir together the cocoa powder, maple syrup and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in the water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir for one minute or until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Serve hot over the frozen yogurt. Recipe makes two servings.
