Fruit-Filled Banana Splits Healthy Recipe

Directions: Over medium-low heat, stir raspberry mixture until gelatin is dissolved, about one minute. Remove from heat; let cool five minutes. Whisk in yogurt until smooth. Spoon into medium bowl; refrigerate until firm, one to one and one-half hours. Peel bananas; halve lengthwise. Place two banana halves on dessert plate or in banana split dish. Top each banana with about one-half cup raspberry mousse. Sprinkle with blueberries and granola. Serve immediately. Recipe makes four servings. Healthy banana splits! |
