California-Style Smoked TurkeyIngredients:8 Ounces smoked turkey breast, sliced 1 French baguette (10 ounces) cut into 1/2-inch slices 4 ounces chevre cheese cut into 8 equal pieces 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil well-drained and chopped fine Directions: Fold each turkey slice into quarters and place on bread slices. Top each portion with slice of cheese and 1-1/2 teaspoons tomatoes. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve. Recipe makes eight servings.
