Stove Top Dinner
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground round, browned and drained
1 package (7 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for thirty minutes. Add water to thin if desired.
