Frozen Strawberry Cream Cheese PieIngredients:1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese 2 tablespoons sugar 1 package frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed 1 cup fat-free or light whipped topping 3/4 cup low-fat granola Directions: Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sugar and strawberries, mixing until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Sprinkle granola over bottom of a 9-inch pie plate; pour cream cheese mixture over granola. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Freeze several hours or overnight. Let stand ten minutes at room temperature before serving. Garnish with fat-free or light whipped topping and mint leaves, if desired. Recipe makes six servings.
