Easy Cheesy Frittata Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
Whole eggs and egg whites with tomatoes, mozzarella, bacon and basil make this one tasty and satisfying Easy Cheesy Frittata.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs, egg whites and water in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Stir in tomatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the bacon and basil. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of the cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Note: To seed a tomato, cut the tomato crosswise in half. Then, gently squeeze each half to remove the seeds and juice.
