Pasta Primavera Healthy Recipe
A delicious recipe for stir-fried chicken and fresh vegetables cooked in a little olive oil with garlic, lemon juice, and a few spices... tossed with Linguine and a bit of parmesan cheese!

Directions: In non stick skillet heat half the oil and add chicken. Stir fry until slightly golden/remove from skillet and leave juices. Add remaining oil to skillet and saute vegetable for two minutes. Reduce heat, add lemon juice and spices. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Return chicken and heat through. Toss with linguine and parmesan. |
