Oh so good Peach Slices with Speedy Fruit Sauce. with healthful yogurt. This is an official 5 A Day recipe providing 1-1/2 servings of fruit.
2 fresh peaches, sliced
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen red berries, pureed
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar or honey, to taste
Arrange peach slices on 2 dessert plates. Top each with 1 tablespoon yogurt. In 1 quart microwave safe dish, combine berries and brown sugar.
Cover and microwave on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Drizzle sauce over peach slices.

Three simple ingredients make up this creamy cool nutrient packed peach dessert.
1 can (15 oz) peach slices in natural juice - reserve juice
1 cup milk
1 package (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
Drain can of peach slices, reserving juice. Mix milk and reserved peach juice in medium bowl. Add Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling. Beat with wire whisk two minutes or until well blended. Stir in peaches. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
