Graham Cracker Sandwiches Recipe

Just plain healthy recipe...

Mid afternoon slump? These Graham Cracker Sandwiches are a great pick-me-up PLUS, with the addition of peanut butter and bananas, it will curb your appetite until dinner.

Graham Cracker Sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 or 2 small, ripe bananas
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Graham Crackers

Recipe Directions

Mash 1/2 cup of peanut butter and 1 large or 2 small very ripe bananas with a fork.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and mash again.

Spread on one graham cracker square and top with another. Alternatively, you can mix the cinnamon into the peanut butter, spread atop the grahams and place sliced bananas on top and eat like an "open sandwich".

You can also use this as a dip with teddy bear shaped graham crackers for kids.
