Low Fat Chocolate Muffins

Directions: Dissolve cocoa in boiling water. Beat cocoa mixture into butter. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat into butter-cocoa mixture. Fold in chocolate mini morsels. Bake in muffin tins for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Recipe makes one dozen medium-size muffins.
