Hot Grape-Nuts Pecan Crunch Recipe

Whip up Hot Grape Nuts Pecan Crunch, a very quick, very healthy and warming breakfast for chilly mornings. Heat the Grape Nuts in the microwave in a mere 30 seconds and add remaining ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup Post Grape-Nuts Cereal
1/3 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 teaspoon honey

Recipe Directions

Mix cereal and milk in microwavable cereal bowl.

Microwave on high 30 seconds for a big crunch, or 1 minute for a little crunch.

Top with apricots and pecans; drizzle with honey.

1-1/2 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups 1 percent low fat milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cook rice according to instructions on the package. Combine warm cooked rice, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir and serve. Makes four servings.
