Caramel Apple Pizza

Ingredients:
One tube of (18 ounces) sugar cookie dough
Eight ounces cream cheese (non-fat if watching your diet)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup chopped pecans
4 cups sliced, peeled tart apples
12 ounces lemon-lime soda (preferably diet)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel topping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Press cookie dough into greased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake in preheated oven 18 to 20 minutes. Cool. Loosen with spatula.

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk together in bowl; spread over cooled crust.

Combine apples and soda; drain well. Toss apples with cinnamon and arrange over cream cheese. Drizzle with caramel topping; sprinkle with pecans. Let set until topping is firm. Cut into wedges and serve. Recipe makes eight to ten servings.
