Cocktail Muffins Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
These Cocktail Muffins are actually meatballs! Made with ground chuck and covered in a chili-grape jelly mixture.
1 pound lean ground chuck
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
12 ounce bottle hot chili sauce
10 ounce jar grape jelly
Mix all meatball ingredients thoroughly and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine Chile sauce and jelly in saucepan and stir over medium heat until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Note: This recipe easily expands for larger quantities.
