Breakfast Fruit Wrap Recipe

We hear it over and over. Breakfast is important! This healthy Breakfast Fruit Wrap can really energize your day.
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 teaspoons fruit only strawberry preserves
2 tablespoons reduced fat ricotta cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
On a flat surface, spread preserves on the tortilla. Top with ricotta cheese. Carefully top with sliced fruit. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Starting from one end, roll tightly. Wrap in foil for neater eating.
Recipe Variation: Spread tortilla with apricot preserves and use sliced or fresh canned, well-drained peaches.
