Old-Fashioned Fruit Salad Recipe

Just plain healthy recipe...

Your favorite flavor Jello mixed with fruit cocktail, pineapple, pecans and mini marshmallows. This is one delicious Old-Fashioned Fruit Salad.

Cool Whip was the first to come out with frozen sugar free and fat free whipped topping. You can use this in so many cool and creamy desserts - or to top them. The possibilities are literally endless.

Recipe Ingredients

2 8-oz. containers fat free Cool Whip
1 large box Jell-O, any flavor
2 15-oz. cans fruit cocktail
1 20-oz. cans pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup crushed pecans (optional)
8 ounce package mini marshmallows
Optional: cherries, as many as desired

Recipe Directions

Produce for Old-Fashioned Fruit Salad

Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple.

In large bowl mix fruit, pecans and marshmallows. Pour in powdered Jell-O.

Mix in Cool Whip; stir well. Refrigerate overnight.
