Savory Chicken Breasts Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
Tender skinless Savory Chicken Breasts topped with cranberries and drenched in cream of mushroom soup. Hearty and healthy.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split into halves
1 to 2 tablespoonsbutter or olive oil
1/2 cup dried cranberries
8 slices Baby Swiss cheese
1 can 99-percent fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pound the chicken breasts until thin. Place one slice of cheese on each breast.
Divide the cranberries evenly among all eight breasts. Roll up breasts, tucking in sides and secure with a toothpick. Brown breasts in butter or oil. Place in lightly oiled or sprayed baking dish. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the white wine. Pour the mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake the chicken 45 minutes to one hour at 325 degrees.
