Home Made Chicken Nuggets

Seasoned coating mix is the shortcut to crispy and tasty baked chicken.

Recipe Ingredients

1-1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2 to 2-inch pieces
1 packet Shake 'N Bake Original Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 40 degrees. Moisten chicken pieces with water. Shake off excess water.

Shake three or four pieces of chicken at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place chicken pieces in 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with barbecue sauce for dipping, if desired.
