Creamy Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Just plain healthy recipe...
Sugar free pudding with low fat milk and reduced fat peanut butter in a reduced fat graham crust. Creamy Peanut Butter Pie is a wonderful sweet treat.
1-3/4 cup cold low fat milk (2 percent)
1 1-oz. package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 8-inch reduced-fat graham cracker crust
2 cups low fat whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Lite)
8 teaspoons chocolate syrup
In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for two minutes. Stir in peanut butter. Transfer to crust.
Cover and chill for at least three hours.
Just before serving, spread with whipped topping. Drizzle servings with chocolate syrup and/or sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
