Summer may have a reputation for being less stressful but it can still be busy. Try a few of these tips to keep cool and relaxed during fun-filled summer days. Leap out of your lawn chair. Regular physical activity helps reduce stressful feelings and boosts self-esteem by improving your strength, stamina, flexibility and appearance. Minimize multitasking. Focus on one issue at a time to be more productive -and more peaceful. Get enough sleep. Don't let sleep fall to the bottom of your list. Most of us need 7 to 8 hours to function at our best.

Nutrition Tip

Can You Get Too Much Water?
In a word - yes. Too much water can cause water intoxication. When the amount of water we take in cannot be excreted by the body, the body retains water. That dilutes one of the important elements of blood, which is sodium . When the sodium concentration inf blood goes down, water moves into the cells. Most cells in the body can tolerate that - they swell. But brain cells tolerate it very poorly because they cannot expand against the skull. That causes neurological symptoms like headaches, confusion, and often seizures. It can even cause death.
