According to a study that followed more than 7,000 coffee drinkers, those who drank three or more cups of coffee each day were 30 percent less likely to have a decline in memory than those who had just one cup of coffee per day or less. While this might make you want to dash to Starbucks, experts recommend keeping your daily caffeine intake to no more than four 8-ounce cups per day.

Simple Hollandaise Sauce
1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Cook on low heat five minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve over hot steamed fresh Asparagus, sugar snap peas or broccoli. Jazz things up a bit by garnishing vegetables with chopped fresh parsley or finely chopped red peppers.
