Dairy, Soy, Grain Products...
These types of foods can trigger food sensitivities, which may lead to bloating, low energy levels, and dry, unhealthy skin. Food sensitivities cause a chronic state of low-grade inflammation that can hurt every system in your body, from your heart to your bones to your skin. If you notice symptoms like bloating after adding any of these types of foods, cut back on them, adding them more slowly to your diet. For example, start off by trying up to 100 calories per meal of dairy, soy or grains (e.g. 7 ounces of low fat milk or 4 ounces of tofu) and see how you feel. If a food continues to bother you, you may have to cut it out of your diet completely. Check with your physician or a nutritionist if symptoms are bad.

Creamy Banana Whip and Sticks
Mash one banana in small bowl with fork. Gently stir in 2-tablespoons thawed Cool Whip. Serve with eight graham honey sticks. Makes one serving.

Oatmeal or Cornstarch Relieves Heat Rash
Both oatmeal and cornstarch help reduce irritation and swelling, and provide itch relief for heatrash. Mix regular oatmeal (not instant) or cornstarch with water to make a thick paste. Apply to irritated skin, let it dry, and leave it on until it flakes off on its own (the residue will continue to work). Reapply only if it starts to itch again (otherwise you risk overdrying the area).

Adding too much salad dressing to a salad will make a salad soggy.

Cut pork tenderloin while partially frozen into thin, even slices and use in place of beef or chicken in your favorite stir-fry or fajita recipes.
