Alli Weight Loss Pill: Does it Work? Is Alli the solution to your weight loss woes?
Fitness Tip
Flat Tummy, Healthy Heart
New research published in the Journal of the American College of Cariology shows that extra inches around the stomach could point to plaque build-up in your arteries, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. That is true even if your BMI still falls in the normal range. Want to know if you're in the danger zone? Find your BMI with our online (free) BMI calculator. Doing abdominal exercises is great, but you should combine those efforts with a bit of weight loss, too. Cut out bad fats and watch caloric intake verses your energy output.
Nutrition Tip
Amazing Avocados
Ounce for ounce, avocados contain more blood pressure lowering potassium than bananas. Avocados are rich in good-for-you monounsaturated fats, and cholesterol-lowering beta-sitosterol and cancer-protective glutathione, along with vitamin E, folate, vitamin B6 and fiber.

Allow greens to stand at room temperature no more than 15 minutes before serving.
Tasty Tidbit...
Add grilled vegetables to your salads. Order a side of grilled zucchini or onions and toss it into your salad. If you cut the dressing, that bit of oil will keep the salad from getting dry.
