Time crunch? If you do not have a lot of time for a workout, you can get more strength gains in less time by focusing primarily on larger muscles during a shorter exercise routine. These body weight moves target every trouble zone fast: Squats, push-ups, lunges and plank pose. Do them back-to-back as a circuit three or four times, without taking a break.

Quick Recipe

This is a low calorie, low fat refreshing recipe.
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
6 tablespoons fat free whipped topping (15 calories per tablespoon)
Splenda if more sweetness is desired
Incorporate thoroughly for a fluffy treat while dieting. Only 200 calories. Adjust calories if using light or regular whipped topping and/or real sugar in place of Splenda.

Fell off the exercise wagon? It's never too late to get back on! Losing your routine may slow you down, but you can get back on track in short order if you resume regular sessions. Food Fixes

To shorten the baking time of a potato, insert a nail (saves about 15 minutes), or boil them in salted water for about ten minutes before placing them into a very hot oven or on the grill.
