Quick Peach Crisp
Arrange one (29-ounce) can sliced peaches in light syrup, drained, in an 8-inch square-baking dish. Combine 3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps and 2-tablespoons brown sugar, sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 400-degrees for 15 minutes.
