Mix ground leftover baked ham (or purchase some lean deli ham) with chopped olives, green bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Stuff into hard rolls, wrap in foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
