Mall Walking
Mall walking is a perfect way to make exercise feel less like a chore and more a part of daily life. Shopping centers are heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer, safe, well lit, and free of snapping dogs and pollen. Not only will you burn calories and tone your legs, if you maintain good posture when you walk, you'll give your abs a workout. Keep yourself straight up while holding in your ab muscles; every step becomes a mini sit-up. Most of us lean forward when we walk, but we can catch ourselves easily at the mall: Just check your posture in your reflection in the windows.

Bacopa Leaf
Gotu Kola or Bacopa Leaf is a superior herb for the nervous system. Known as "brahmi" which means "godlike" in the Ayurvedic tradition, it is used for its anti-aging properties and as an aid to meditation- it is the most spiritually oriented of all herbs. With bitter taste and cooling energy, it treats any of the doshas. It boosts circulation to the blood vessels of the skin, mucous membranes, nerves and brain. Strengthening memory, concentration and intelligence, it promotes longevity, improves physical strength, and the complexion and benefits age related problems such as hair loss, skin conditions, cellulite and decreased circulation. Creamy Cool Grahamwiches
1-1/2 cups thawed, fat free Cool Whip
24 squares cinnamon graham crackers

Spread 2 tablespoons whipped topping on each of 12 graham squares. Top with remaining graham squares. Place in a single layer on cookie sheet. Freeze three hours or until firm. Individually wrap; store in freezer for up to one week. Makes 12.
